Kitchen Hack: Eat More Fruit

Hi Usman!

Everyone likes to talk about vegetables -- how to eat more of them, how to get people who don't like them to eat them, how to select and store them so that they're at their peak, etc.

In all this hubbub, fruit sometimes gets left out.

I want to change that, which is why I put together the post Kitchen Hack: Eat More Fruit. This post highlights a bunch of different ways to make it easier to eat more fruit, with everything from shopping tips to recipe ideas. What's not to love?
