 Just because it's cold outside and many of us are driven indoors for exercise doesn't mean it has to be boring.

Here are 4 great workouts that will fly by, leaving you fit without the same old same old.

Cardio Medley Workout 

 For this one, you'll do three blocks of cardio on three different machines - A treadmill, elliptical, and a stationary bike. You can always choose different machines depending on what you like.

Incline Treadmill Workout for Weight Loss 
For this workout, you'll change the intensity every minute by increasing and decreasing your incline. This lets you focus on one interval at a time rather than wrapping your mind around an entire workout.

Cardio Endurance Workout 

 This 40-minute workout takes you through different levels of intensity to help you burn more calories and make your workouts a little more interesting. You can do this on any cardio machine or even outside, if the weather's nice.
