Most nursing home staff will readily jump on board with the goal of improving care and quality of life for the residents who live there, whether it's for those who are there on a short-term basis (subacute) or a long-term stay. One of the difficult things, however, is meeting the number of regulations and the changing interpretations of those regulations.
