 If you were able to keep up a regular workout routine over the holidays, you're probably doing a little better than the rest of us.

Some of us may have been more sporadic in our workouts and others may have just shelved the whole workout business until the new year.

Well, the new year is here and, if you've been on a break, you'll want to ease back into your workouts. Here are 4 workouts to get your started.
Basic Cardio Endurance Workout 

 This simple cardio workout can be done on any machine or outside if the weather's cooperative. The idea is to stay mostly in your comfort zone, making slight adjustments throughout the workout.

 If it's been awhile since you've lifted weights, this is the place to start. It's simple, effective, and you can do it at home with no muss or fuss. Do this 2-3 times a week for a couple of weeks just to get your strength back.
