Braxton Hicks Contractions
The uterus is a muscle and as a muscle, it needs to move or contract to stay strong and prepared for delivery. The more pregnant you are, the more of these contractions you will notice. This doesn't necessarily mean preterm labor, but it might be Braxton Hicks.
