When Faking Positivity Causes More Stress

Sometimes it's best to "fake it until you make it," but there are definitely times when this plan can backfire. When it comes to managing stress, sometimes you can fake your way into feeling less so by slowing your breathing until your body is more relaxed and your mind follows suit.
