How To Manage Stress

From Elizabeth Scott, M.S., your Guide to Stress Management

July 12, the birthdate of Henry David Thoreau, is National Simplicity Day, a day to focus on paring down the clutter in your life.  Clutter can come in many forms--mental clutter, clutter in your schedule, and of course, physical clutter--and most of it causes stress.  Simplicity Day (and the days surrounding it) provide a perfect opportunity to start culling that clutter, and living a freer, more simplified life.  The following provide some simple and applicable ideas; use what you can right now, and tuck the rest away for when you're ready.  And enjoy your weekend!
