Have You Abandoned Your New Year's Resolutions? I'll Save You!

It's the third week of January and the weather has been pretty atrocious all over the place.  Just the other day, we had a wind chill of -14.  Guess what happens when it feels like -14?  Your nose hairs freeze and you get 'wind chill advisories' in your alerts.  Thanks for the obvious.

You also get a strong urge to skip anything resembling physical activity, but don't do it.  The only thing standing between us and insanity is movement.

Well, that and Netflix.

And wine.

Whatever situation you're in, I've got a workout for you, so don't give up!
