Harvard University and Britain's University of East Anglia collaborated on a brand new study of more than 25,000 men which suggests certain nutrients found in berries and citrus can lower the risk of erectile dysfunction. Study author Professor Aedín Cassidy noted that while these nutrients, called flavonoids, are present in just about all fruits and vegetables, berries and citrus have particularly high concentrations of flavonoids that improve blood flow.
