 You may not know this, but Memorial Day was originally called Decoration Day because people used to decorate the graves of fallen soldiers. I know this because I went to our US Military site to learn about it, not because I'm smart.

Memorial Day actually has more than one meaning to many of us. Not only do we remember those who have served (and are serving) our country, but we also celebrate the unofficial beginning of summer.

Whatever you're doing this holiday, stay safe and don't forget to do your workouts. We have to work off all that barbecue somehow.
