Hello, January, and thanks for showing up once again this year to remind us of all the things we must atone for. There were the parties, the drinking, the country ham and biscuits...parties, drinking and ham, oh my!
I say, let's take a different approach. Let's not follow the whole 'New Year, New You,' thing because why do we need to be new? We're great the way we are! We just need to take care of ourselves a little better, right?
As we gear up for the new year, let's just find small ways to feel better. A little more activity, a little less wine, a little less stress. A little bit goes a long way. Happy New Year, y'all - Let's make this year the year we just take it a day at a time, shall we?
