Happy New Year! Now Drop and Give Me 20

Welcome to 2016 and, what one hopes, will be a fabulous year.  Actually, I would settle for 'pretty good,' really.

Today you're either laying low and waiting for Monday to start on your workout plan, or you're a motivated soul and you're starting right now.  Or maybe you never stopped.  If so, good for you.

Wherever you are and whether you even make new resolutions, the beginning of a new year is always a time to stop and think...at least it is for me.  Why not take some time today to do that?  Think about last year and think about today, tomorrow...the next few weeks.  What do you want for yourself?

Think about it.  Then drop and give me 20 pushups.  Or don't...it's not like I'll ever know.  Or will I....
