Stress can do terrible things to a person's mind and body.  Hair loss, weight gain, insomnia, stomach problems, road rage, exhaustion, anxiety and the general feeling that you hate everything.

There are plenty of ways to deal with stress and exercise is one of the best.  You get to release some tension while burning a few extra calories.  Not a bad deal.
