If you're old, like I am, then you're probably dealing with a little problem:  Trying to keep your body from expanding any more than it already has.  It sometimes feels like we're all supposed to look 30 for the rest of our lives and we may try to do that by working out a lot, but exercise can only do so much when it comes to the aging body.  Still, it's important to keep on moving.
