From Paige Waehner, your Guide to Exercise

Every year, I'm always telling people that they should exercise in the new year.  As one of my friends pointed out, "Why keep telling everybody to follow a workout program that we'll all just ditch by February?  Why not tell me something to STOP doing?"

I've actually discussed that issue in another article, but I took her advice and have come up with some things to get rid of in 2015 - Your excuses.  I know, that's not really what she had in mind, was it?

Happy New Year, y'all!

Exercise Excuses You Should Ditch
The only way to really lick this exercise thing is to get rid of some things.  Yes, getting rid of chips and cookies and all that yummy stuff is a good idea, but there are more important obstacles standing in your way:  Your excuses.

12 Weeks to Weight Loss
If you want a complete program with cardio, strength, flexibility and motivational tools, this program is for you.  You start off with some basic workouts and gradually work you way up to more intense workouts.

90 Days to Fitness and Weight Loss
This program is another good one to try if you want to ease into exercise with structured cardio and strength workouts.  Every 30 days, you'll bump things up to harder exercise to burn calories and lose weight.

30 Day Fitness Challenge
This challenge is short and sweet, but it's tough!  You'll get assignments every day for a variety of different tasks - structured exercise, being more active and changing small things in your diet.
