'Tis the Season?
So what do we really mean when we talk about the holidays? For so many of us, the term holidays is shorthand for overindulgence, sloth, hangovers, and regret – and it’s not hard to see why that isn’t going to help you feel uplifted and refreshed for the year ahead. This year, break with tradition, stay active, and stop short of overindulgence in the knowledge that your body and spirit will be thankful come January 1st. We can’t think of a better way to start a new year.
