Warning: Carbs Make Us Hungry

I know this newsflash is very old news to long-time low-carbers, but I sure wish
 the word would get out to more people - carbs make us hungry!   And even when we aren't hungry, they make us want to eat anyway!  This is one of the problems with thinking that it's all about calories, and that it doesn't matter where they come from.  We know better, and science agrees! Have a happy, healthy week - Laura
