Hormone Problems? How to Lose Weight With Exercise During Menopause

I don't want to leave out the men this week (and, really, if you have a wife or a daughter or a mother or any woman in your life, this does affect you, or it will - trust me), but it's time to talk about that thing we don't really want to talk about:  Menopause.

Even if you're a woman who isn't in menopause, chances are you're spending lots of time in perimenopause, which involves a number of symptoms...like weight gain.  This time in life can be very frustrating because our hormones stop cooperating like they used to.  But, there is hope.  You just have to work a little harder.

I know.  Not fair.
