One of your favorite snacks has been strongly associated with a reduced risk of stroke.

After examining more than 20,000 people from the UK and the Netherlands over a 20-year period, a recent research study concluded that those who had the highest levels of consistent chocolate consumption experienced lower rates of stroke.

Surprisingly, the findings aren’t just limited to dark chocolate – milk chocolate helps as well. But how much should you eat to protect yourself from stroke?
