Trouble Sticking to Exercise? Here are 5 Fitness Hacks to Make it Easier

If you struggle to stick to a workout routine, it's probably your bed's fault.  It's just so nice and soft and warm and isn't it nice when you hit the snooze button and think, "I've got NINE WHOLE MINUTES before I have to get up"?  And if you keep hitting that snooze button, you can extend that to 18 minutes...then 27 and so on.

Your snooze button is not helping you, but I can with a few fitness hacks that makes it just a little easier to get to that workout.
