No. Way. Then my dog barked and I remembered - I have a dog. He has to go out and poop. And he doesn't have opposable thumbs, so he is unable to unlock the door and take his furry butt out there himself. Which meant, I had to get up and, worse, go outside. That doesn't mean you have to move indoors (although that's not always a bad idea). It means that you need to have some quality clothes in your exercise wardrobe to make workouts more enjoyable. | | | | | | Don't feel like exercising? Do it anyway | Don't feel like exercising in the freezing cold? Join the club. I'm not too happy about it either but, if I have to do it, so do you. And I'm going to motivate you to do it and if you don't exercise, I'm going to come to your house and make you do a boot camp workout. There. I said it. | | | | | | | | You are receiving this newsletter because you subscribed to the Exercise newsletter.
