It's hot hot hot over much of North America right now!  We all know how important it is to drink more fluids in the heat.  Unfortunately, it's all too easy to reach for our old favorites: soda, sweet tea, sugary lemonade. We all know that the very best thing to drink is lots of water, but here are some other healthy sugar-free choices. 
Homemade Sugar-Free Beverages 

Getting bored with plain old water?  Here are some ways to change it up.

Also, are you or your family still drinking sugar-sweetened drinks AKA "liquid candy"?  Here are some ways to help you cut down on sugary-drinks.  Also, there may be a lot more sugar in that iced tea, lemonade, or coffee drink than you think.

I'm sure you've figured out by now how much sugar is commercial sports drinks. Is this necessary? What else is in sports drinks? I take sports drinks apart, look at the ingredients, and then put them back together in a sugar-free way.
