 When was the last time you tried something new?  If you're like me, you tend to do the same workouts over and over without realizing how much time has passed.

Your body loves surprises, so why not give it what it wants?  I've got some ideas for how you can spice up your workouts.

Why Not Try Kettlebell Training? 

 One of the best ways to change things up is to try different types of equipment and kettlebells are one of my favorites.  You can get a total body workout with this nifty little weight and it's actually fun.

Change Things Up With a BOSU 

 If you've never tried exercising on a BOSU, you're missing out on a workout that's actually fun.  The squishy dome allows you to bounce, jump...whatever you want to get your heart rate up.

Pick Up Those Bands for a Total Body Workout 

 Resistance bands are another way to add something more dynamic to your usual weight training exercises.  You can even combine them, holding dumbbells along with the band to increase the intensity of your exercises.

Forget the Equipment and Use Your Body 

 On the other hand, you really don't need any equipment to get a great workout, so if you don't have weights or bands or kettlebells, no problem.
