 If you're like me, you do the same kinds of workouts all the time.  Yes, we gravitate towards workouts we like, but sometimes we just get stuck in a rut.

I've got some ideas for how you can change your strength training workouts to rejuvenate your program.

Pyramid Training 

 If you want to build strength, pyramid training is the way to go.  This is an intense way to exercise and perfect for putting your muscles to the test.

 I love supersets because they make your workouts just fly by.  Try this technique with your strength workouts or even you cardio training.

Compound Exercises 

 Compound exercises are my absolute favorite way of spicing up a tired, boring workout.  By working multiple muscles at the same time, you save time, get more done in your workout and you burn more calories.

 Kettlebells are great for building both endurance and strength.  Even just trying a few in your regular strength routine can spice things up and give you a new, refreshing workout.
