Good morning Usman!
We all know that sodium is linked to high blood pressure, increased stroke risk, and many other health issues. It can be harder, however, to actually find the top sources of sodium in our eating patterns and reduce those sources.
Today I want to make that a bit easier.
How?
With a low-sodium shopping list!
The printable list in the post Low-Sodium Shopping List has helpful reminders around high-sodium items so that nothing on the grocery store shelves will take you by surprise. Plus, it features lots of foods that are naturally low in sodium and high in potassium. Since potassium can help counter some of the effects of too much sodium, it's a great resource to have in your back pocket.
