We know that there are so many benefits to cutting back on carbs in our diets, from stable blood sugar to help with acne.  But could a low-carb diet actually allow us to live longer?  Actually, the signs are quite good about this!  Today we look at a few of them.  Your future self will thank you for healthy eating now!

Low-Carb Diets and Longevity 

We know that a low-carb diet lowers the risk factors for heart disease and diabetes, and probably other illnesses as well.  But there are other ways that a low-carb diet could help, including affecting how genes that control aging express themselves.
