When to Fake It and When to Be Honest

Sometimes it helps to "fake it until you make it," or "trick yourself" into feeling less stressed, but other times our well-meaning self-deceptions can backfire. This is sometimes the case with positive thinking--there are times when it can really help with stress relief, and there are times when it can make things worse.
