Holiday party season is in full swing! Let's have lots of fun, always keeping it low-carb!  Also, Hanukkah is on the way: time for latkes!  Have a festive, fun weekend! Laura 

Low-Carb Party Foods

Are you planning a party, or going to one? You'll be happy to know there are lots of different party foods that are low in carbohydrate. Here are some of my favorites 


Low-Carb Latkes

When people think "latkes" they automatically think "potatoes", but it needn't be that way at all.  In fact, the original latkes were made of cheese!  Frankly, I've never tried that, but I usually use lower-carb vegetables.


Top Low-Carb Cocktails

Cocktails are fun, but they often have a shocking amount of sugar in them. Here are ways of dramatically lowering the carbs in some of your favorite cocktails, with recipes for Cosmos (particularly festive for the holidays), margaritas, mojitos, and more! 


Coconut Shrimp

A fun party food  -- the only problem with it is that it vanishes so quickly!  (This is also good as a main dish.)
