Kick off 2016 in the Right Direction

We are a few days into the New Year, which means many people are trying to adhere to their resolutions and goals. It's important during this time to be fair to yourself and realize that as humans we can slip up from time to time. If you haven't made any resolutions, but would prefer to just make some healthy changes - simple ones can make a big impact. Learn how to stay healthy during flu season, how to increase your vegetables intake, what to pack for lunch and lastly be inspired by two men who changed their lives dramatically. Here's to being successful!
