If you're feeling unmotivated to run right about now, don't feel bad -- you're in good company. Many runners lose their running mojo around this time of year because the hot weather makes it tough to do quality runs, vacation travels interfere with training, and it's hard to get motivated for a fall race that seems far away. This week I have tips to avoid feeling discouraged or unmotivated.
