Different Diets in Your Household? | Are you in a mixed marriage? Does your spouse or roommate dine on pasta every night or is a junk food junky? Here are some ideas to help bring peace to the household.
Men, Women and Dieting | Have you noticed a difference between your best approach to healthy eating and a partner or friend of the opposite gender? There has been some research on this, and perhaps (I'm not sure) it can help bring some understanding.
