How to Eat Low-Carb on a Budget

 I'm always sad when someone says that they can't eat low-carb because it costs too much.  Of course, for someone getting a lot of their calories from white flour and high-fructose corn syrup, almost any change will be more expensive.  But it truly doesn't have to be very costly to follow a low-carb way of eating.  I have some other tips this week to make low-carb living easier as well.  Stay healthy and happy!  Laura
