Not Motivated to Exercise? Maybe You Need to Change Your Mind
If you find yourself feeling really unmotivated to exercise, it may be because your dog is lazy and doesn't want to go for a walk.  Or maybe that's why I'm not motivated. 

Why you're not motivated may be due to other issues.  Maybe it's the way you look at your workout - As something to dread rather than something to look forward to.  Or maybe it's just been awhile since you've worked out and you're having trouble getting that momentum going.  For every obstacle, there's a way around it, you just have to look for it.
