 Artists often talk about how the creation of art can be a great stress reliever for them.  But what about for others?  Does drawing minimize stress for the average Joes who know how to draw faces that look emojis but not much else?  The answer is yes!  And you may be happy to hear that drawing can be your new favorite stress reliever, starting this week.  Read about the research, find the activities that work for you, even get recommendations on coloring books that relieve stress.  Who said stress management couldn't be fun?
