Low-Carb Nachos? Absolutely!

I love the combination of flavors and textures in nachos loaded with cheese, guacamole, salsa, and sour cream. Obviously, though, tortilla chips move the whole delicious combination out of the low-carb category. Here are some of the substitutes I've tried over the years. Have a fun weekend! Laura
