Getting Older? Exercise Can Help

Getting older kind of sucks.  There are some high points, of course.  You're smarter and you know yourself much better than you did in your 20s.  But, it's our bodies that make the whole aging process less than fun.

It seems strange that, if you're in pain, you should exercise.  But exercise can usually help with minor aches and pains and it can just generally help you feel better.  The good news is, it doesn't take much.  Just taking a brisk walk every day can do it, maybe picking up some dumbbells now and then (and, of course, doing some exercises with them).  Your body will thank you.
