5 Effective (and Fun!) Low Impact Exercises

Jumping around is something that becomes more and more uncomfortable as one gets older.  As one of my clients so delicately put it, "It kind of feels like something important is going to fall out."  And, she added, "Plus, there are so many extra things that jiggle."

If high impact exercise is something your body just doesn't like, you can absolutely get a great workout with low impact exercise.  No jiggling required.
