Savor The Sweet Stuff (Like Halloween Candy!)

With National Chocolate Day on the 28th and Halloween on the 31st, we have some sweet days coming up. Believe it or not, chocolate and candy can offer stress management opportunities.  Savoring them, as well as savoring the other positive things that happen to us, can lead to an increase in inner peace and happiness, which can actually promote resilience toward stress.  I encourage you to learn about the link between pleasurable experiences and resilience, and to build your resilience this week with many of these savor-worthy experiences.
