For example, the other day I tried to guilt myself into a workout, even though I just didn't want to workout. So I did this thing where I wore my workout clothes all day thinking, okay! I have NO reason to NOT exercise, right? Actually, I had a very good reason: I didn't want to. I just didn't. There. The end. So, I wore my workout clothes all day and guess what? I didn't workout. And then I just felt stupid.
