Best Body Weight Exercises

The other day, a client informed me that she was going out of town for a vacation (or, 'on holiday' if you're more exotic than I am) and that she probably wouldn't exercise because she wasn't bringing any equipment and the hotel didn't have a fitness room and, really, what could she possibly do in a cramped little hotel room with no weights?

Which is when I told her about these great body weight exercises that require no equipment and very little space. 

Which is when she said, "You're fired."
