Get Rid of Your Food Cravings

Do you ever find yourself in front of the refrigerator when you know you're not hungry? Do you long for certain foods that aren't on your plan? This week I have lots of info about cravings, and how to deal with them. One thing to do when cravings strike - do something fun!  I challenge you to do something fun that you wouldn't usually do this week!  Laura
