News: Vegetarians Have a Lower Risk of Colon Cancer
A new study of more than 77,000 adults found that people on healthy vegetarian diets may have a 22 percent lower risk of colon and rectal cancers than non-vegetarians – and vegetarians who eat fish were linked with a 43 percent reduction in risk.
