They're Ready for Your Close Up: Jacking the Box Office | I'm not sure which of the big box office blockbuster hits this summer will be tackling masturbation, although chances are there will be some joke about it somewhere. It's a shame, because in my opinion when it comes to movies even Hollywood does masturbation better than they do partnered sex. These sometimes pained and often brave performances inspired me a few years back to start a list of masturbation scenes in mainstream movies from the 1970s to today. If you don't see your favorite, be sure to let me know and I'll add it to the list. ~ Cory
Solo Hollywood Performances | Why is it that masturbation scenes in movies are so much more realistic than sex scenes where there is more than one person involved? Could it be something about experience? Check out these 56 memorable performances, if not 56 memorable films.
Onanistic Inquires | They say that practice makes perfect, but it's not always the case. Answers to commonly asked questions about how much masturbation is too much, and what to do when one partner seems to prefer sex on their own to sex with their spouse.
Real Sex Scenes in Movies | There is a juicy philosophical conversation to be had about what constitutes "real sex" but what sets these 19 films apart is that none of them are marketed as sex films and each of them is said to contain at least one scene where the actors engaged in "non-simulated" sex acts for the camera.
Sex Question of the Week: What Makes a Great Lover | I've had three sexual partners in my life, I'm 35, and I've never got the nerve up to ask any of them if I was any good. I want to know if I'm a good lover, and how I could be the "great lover" people talk about.
