3 Studies Show Clear Benefit of Physical Exercise in Dementia

Another highlight from this year's Alzheimer's Association International Conference was research outlining more benefits of physical exercise in dementia. I've previously outlined 6 ways that exercise remedies Alzheimer's disease, and this new research is right in line with previous studies.

Bottom line? Keep moving- whether you have dementia or not.
