Get Grounded With This Back to School Yoga Routine

It may still feel like summer, but lots of kids are already heading back to school. This transition can do a number on your family, leaving everyone feeling anxious and scattered. I've put together a routine of calming, grounding poses to help cope with the impending change. And even of your school days are long past, we can all benefit from acknowledging the effects of the new season.
