Should You Drink Caffeine for Better Workouts?

If you're a coffee drinker, you already know how important that magical elixir is.  Just last week, my mom was staying with me and even the short time it took for the Keurig to brew a cup, I knew better than to talk to her.  Talking before coffee?  Death Sentence.

So, yes, coffee is a necessity if you don't want early morning murders happening all over the world, but another benefit is that it can help jazz up your workouts with a little more energy.  We could all use a little external boost now and then.
