Feeling Bleh About Exercise? Here's How to Get Motivated

I'm not feeling so motivated to workout this morning.  Why?  I just spent several days in Mexico for a friend's wedding.

There was tequila.  And lots of it.

That inspired this week's newsletter, because I really needed something to get me moving.  I've decided the dog will probably be prettty good for that.  But it will be a sloooow walk.
