Increase Emotional Wellness, Decrease Stress

In addition to Positive Attitude Month, October is Emotional Wellness Month, which makes it a prime time to focus on maximizing your emotional health and minimizing stress.  You can do both at the same time because happier people tend to be less stressed people as well, so everything you do to lift your mood and strengthen your resilience can work double-duty as a stress reliever as well.  Here's what you can do to increase your emotional wellness. Get more via FacebookTwitter, and Pinterest, and stay tuned for more positive attitude resources this month! Enjoy your week!
