Why Is It So Hard to Exercise?

This is a question I get quite a bit - Why is it so hard to exercise?  Well, exercise takes a lot more work these days than it used to.  Remember back in the olden days when you used to just run around and do stuff and you didn't have to worry about your weight?

Well, my friends, those days are over.  Now, we sit around on our behinds, which means it's that much harder to get that behind in gear.  Don't worry, I've got some ideas for making it a little easier.
