I've been dealing with some allergy issues and a few other things, all of which add up to feeling, well, crappy. I wanted to stop, but that perfectionist in me would not allow it. I was already dressed! I was sweating! I needed to work off those holiday pounds! That devil voice in my head growled, You. Will. Not. Stop. Fine, devil voice. But I needed a way to not feel miserable. So, I switched workouts to something easier and I was able to at least finish it. This time of year, a lot of us are sick...should you keep working out or take a break? If you can't get out of bed, I certainly hope working out is the last thing on your mind.
