If you spend a lot of time reading about health, you'll know there are three herbs and spices that get a lot of press for their longevity properties: cayenne, ginger, and turmeric. Of these three, turmeric might be the trickiest to work into your daily diet, particularly if you're not a fan of curries. But it's been linked to decreases in Alzheimer's disease, joint pain, inflammation, cancer, and heart disease – so we made this list of fourteen turmeric recipes that aren't curries. (One of them is just in time for Taco Tuesday!)
